I am 5ft 7in tall 138#. I bought both regular honey and regular sea water and settled on a small one. You are tall! The small size is good with long underwear underneath. If you wanted to wear them over another pair of pants for extra warmth - then I'd go up one size - otherwise I'd go down a size. The length would be the same. I would give the item 5 stars if the material hasn't been "weathered". While this makes the item more comfortable, if the material has not been worn you would get an extra 4-5 years from it. You just have to "break". The thing is very well made and warm. I have purchased other Carhartt items, they are all great!
