I like that you can adjust to any angle by just pulling out of one side or pushing in from another and how easy its is for my clients with limited mobility such as myself! It took me about two weeks but after getting used to using this product everything has been great so far! The adjustable feature makes sure we have an excellent view no matter where our client sits at their computer desk while working together online! Its also very affordable compared too other products available which would require more equipment needed than what they already own. So overall not much dislikes yet because there haven't really came across anything bad thusfar however if possible try different angles when mounting your monitors/screens first before deciding final placement to make adjustment easier later once set-up process completed. We are able to do collaborative work better since we don't need constant repositioning due to poor.
