Does run a little on first application but is worth every penny
Definitely moisturizes my lips, especially for my job where I have to talk to people on the phone all the time. I need something to keep these succulent babies in their full glory. The only thing I don't like is that it thins a bit the first time you apply it. Smell and taste are highly addictive. It smells like a combination of birthday cake and exotic vanilla.
