The ability to track our customer's engagement with us in real-time, including their actions as they go through each stage of an order process or sales funnel. Our users can log into all account areas from one dashboard which makes it easier for them to understand what we are doing at any given time. It really enables me to see how my team members and customers interact with our site both positively and negatively over different times throughout the day/week etc - helping improve user experience! I have never found this tool lacking by any means but if you do find anything please let us know so that we may make adjustments where needed. We use infonline daily across multiple channels (both internal website & social media) enabling us to measure performance against KPIs set out within marketing budgets.
