Review on Copper Compression Elbow Sleeve - Best Copper Content Brace for Tendonitis, Golfers/Tennis Elbow, Arthritis. Support Arm Sleeves Fit Men/Women (Large) by Jonathan Wilson

So far so good for elbow braces

After months of pain and fatigue on a 48 year old elbow I wanted to try something. The source of the pain is unknown, but maybe it was a simple average lift a few months ago, which I first thought was a sore muscle, but it never went away. Now most movements and resistance cause pain. So enter the history of copper. With no medical evidence that copper actually does anything, people swear by it. "Regular" compression sleeves are about $12 at CVS, but I found these here at Revain for about $17, free shipping, blah blah blah, 30 day warranty. What the hell? So, it arrived yesterday looking like a black napkin (I don't quite understand why I expected anything else) so I put it on my sore elbow. Relief came almost immediately. Serious. Elbow. felt. Better. This is probably because the compression sleeve itself added some support that was kinda missing because I had my elbow done. And that, of course, wasn't anything like a "full recovery," but it was noticeable. I wore this item for about 8 hours and noticed that it slipped down one day, but I may not have pulled it up high enough to start. Or it could be because my wife hit me on my sore elbow during a soccer game, which of course helped raise my pain threshold greatly. I took it off at night and although this morning my elbow seems to be feeling better. than in the morning, I have a hard time explaining that he was wearing a copper colored compression sleeve the day before and maybe not in my head. However, the sleeve immediately returned to the elbow and I felt better. It didn't heal, but got better. If you feel you need (or feel you need) a compression sleeve, this one is comfortable, easy to put on and take off, and for me the extra $5 for Copper was negligible and I would do again.
