My Disappointing Experience at Woolala Review: I went to Woolala's online store not too long ago, and regrettably, my visit left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience. The website claimed to be a one-stop shop for all of my fashion needs; however, I found that the range of apparel, shoes, and jewelry for ladies was rather limited.

In addition, the quality and selection of the accessories were subpar; for example, the wallets and money organizers appeared to have been created using poor quality materials. The website was difficult to navigate for me, and the process of checking out was perplexing and aggravating to go through. To make matters even more difficult, when I did finally get my order, the clothes items were of terrible quality, and the size was all over the place. There was a dress that was far too little, and another outfit that was much too large. In general, my experience with Woolala did not leave me with a positive impression. The website did not live up to its claim of being a one-stop shop for all of a customer's fashion needs, and the products that I received did not justify the amount that I paid for them. The next time I go shopping, I won't be at Woolala, and I won't recommend it to anybody else either.

Pros
  • superior-grade articles of apparel, footwear, and jewelry
Cons
  • a restricted range of plus-size garments to choose from
