The website was difficult to navigate for me, and the process of checking out was perplexing and aggravating to go through. To make matters even more difficult, when I did finally get my order, the clothes items were of terrible quality, and the size was all over the place. There was a dress that was far too little, and another outfit that was much too large. In general, my experience with Woolala did not leave me with a positive impression. The website did not live up to its claim of being a one-stop shop for all of a customer's fashion needs, and the products that I received did not justify the amount that I paid for them. The next time I go shopping, I won't be at Woolala, and I won't recommend it to anybody else either.
