Great auto switching feature
I have an old TV with no HDMI inputs, it works with 5 video game systems (yes that's too much) and makes switching from system to system much easier. If your video game systems are set to update/download while idle, this can cause the HDMI switch to change inputs. So make sure you turn off any hibernation features on your video game systems so they don't switch over while playing. something else. I've never had to use the remote, but I can say it's cheap.
