I'm very disappointed in this product but I'm surprised it even exists. The remote control does not work at all and sometimes does not respond. It has no rhyme or reason. Sometimes there is a significant delay when switching to another HDMI port, or I only hear sound and have to switch between them. However, this is a step up from manually unplugging each HDMI cable.

I have an old big screen TV with two HDMI ports. This replaces three HDMI. The product switches reliably, quickly and automatically. I didn't need a remote control. I find the picture and sound quality to be very good. I use some HD stuff, Firestick, Blue Ray Player, Nintendo Switch, Wii and an empty seat. It's been about two months since we've used it. It was very easy to connect.

Just what I needed to convert a dual HDMI TV into a powerful six port TV. Now I can easily switch between DVD players, Blue Ray, Wii and Prime Video. Easy to install and use. To connect the set-top box to your TV, you need to purchase a bi-directional HDMI cable. It doesn't come with the kit. I had one in my cable bucket so it's not a problem for me. I have an old TV with no HDMI inputs, it works with 5 video game systems (yes that's too much) and makes switching from system to system much easier. If your video game systems are set to update/download while idle, this can cause the HDMI switch to change inputs. So make sure you turn off any hibernation features on your video game systems so they don't switch over while playing. something else. I've never had to use the remote, but I can say it's cheap.

I have purchased several of these splitters for my home and they all work great. Ideal for hanging TVs. All you have to do is run an HDMI cable through the wall to your TV! The picture quality appears to be the same after connecting the HDMI cables directly to the TV, which is a good thing. The included little controller is a nice touch. Great little switch for the price. I have connected a Switch, Blu-ray player, PS4 and Apple TV. There is a 2-3 second delay when switching sources, but that's not a big deal. So far I have 2 small problems with it1. The remote control sometimes does not respond. I held the remote about a foot away and had to press the desired source button 3-5 times for it to toggle.
