Review on 🧀 Men's Princeton Waterproof Winter Mountain Made Accessories: Optimal Gloves & Mittens by Nick Griffith

Revainrating 4 out of 5

not bad. not tested in snow yet

Very good gloves. However, the very first time I tried to tighten the gloves, one of the plastic handles ripped off my wrist straps, which wasn't a very comfortable feeling. The repair was easy as the grip was designed to open and clamp the string easily, leaving the back of the string in perfect shape. Otherwise the material and quality looks good and the gloves fit perfectly. I would have liked a little more freedom to fully extend the pinky away from the thumb, but don't complain as this is a winter glove. Other ratchet straps are pretty difficult to tighten and the only way I've used them was to tighten them with my glove hand, which kind of defeats the purpose. They are not too bulky and should be easy to use. I have yet to test them so if they keep my hands warm (the main reason I bought them) I'll update the review accordingly. However, tearing off a grip was a nuisance when you've just spent some money on what you thought were quality gloves.

Pros
  • Gloves and mittens
Cons
  • Not all fit
