Warm, Functional, Comfortable

I really like these gloves. I was afraid I wasn't going to get a chance to review them but we had some cold weather move in and they were great to have.I am a hunter and need/appreciate having full feel of my fingers for shooting and these allow this, but can be worn as mittens until which time the fingers are needed. Mittens are superior to finger gloves when it comes to keeping fingers warm. The comfort is great! The orange color is nice. The fit is excellent, save for the length of the…

Pros
  • Nice gloves, I usually wear a large but these fit fine in a medium
Cons
  • Not suitable for extremely cold temperatures

Great Running Gloves for Extreme Cold

Bought these gloves to go over another pair when running in Michigan during the winter. So far, they've kept me warm down to 10 F. The flap is nice to get a finger or two out when I need to pick up after the dog.

Pros
  • the orange color makes them difficult to lose in the woods
Cons
  • too small

Amazingly warm, high quality convertible gloves

My husband's hands are always cold he wanted a pair of super warm convertible gloves for driving, shoveling etc. I researched and found these and bought them. They are exactly what he wanted! He loves them. They are sturdy, warm, fit great, and the color keeps our son from stealing them.

Pros
  • Arrived on time, the wife loves them also
Cons
  • Bulky when fingers are covered

The best glove I have found so far.

These are the best gloves for keeping your hands warm even in frigid weather. I wore them while in the Arctic Circle and with the addition of a hand warmer in the pocket in the glove my fingers stayed toasty. I love the orange because if I drop them in the snow they are easy to find.

Pros
  • Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry
Cons
  • Limited sizes available

Few minor flaws, but decent for the money

I like the concept, the quality, and the warmth. Only two issues are that it is extremely hard to get the gloves off, and that with the hand warmer pocket they are hard to get the mitt portion over your fingers. All in all, not a bad glomitt for the money. When you get them, try taking them on and off a few times before you remove the tags, you might be annoyed.

Pros
  • Size is a little smaller than anticipated, but not so small I cannot use them. I would recommend these.
Cons
  • Not as warm as the pair that they replaced.

Warm but.: my feedback

Very warm but awkward, wanted to be able to work with camera's in sub-zero temps but way too clumsy with these. 94% Polyester, 6% Spandex.

Pros
  • 94% Polyester, 6% Spandex
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with sensitivity to certain materials

Warm, and flexible best in my review

I'd been looking for bright colored convertible gloves for a couple of years, and this year noticed these. Bought a pair, my wife claimed it, so I bought another. Very happy with the fit, warmth and functionality. The magnet that holds the finger cover back when not in use works well, and unlike other glo-mitts that use velcro for that purpose, I don't think it will wear out (can you wear out a magnet?)

Pros
  • Orange is my color! These gloves are perfect for my needs. They're warm and ever so practical for me.
Cons
  • Price point higher than some competitors

Good and toasty for my opinion

I got these for my dad, who likes going on walks even when it's frigid and Wyoming weather abounding. He absolutely loves these -- they keep him well-warmed and they aren't too thick so as to avoid him being able to do anything. A nice pick.

Pros
  • Pretty good 1/2 gloves, hands never got cold. I would buy these again, when these wear out
Cons
  • unraveled first time they were worn.

Great for detail cold weather work

I work as a desk hand outside for eight hours a day. These gloves work great to keep my hands warm, I can also grab money well. Plus with the color my drives can see where I direct them to go much better than other gloves of this brand.

Pros
  • a little light for cold mountain weather.
Cons
  • Limited color options

Perfect gloves for winter photography

These gloves/mittens are perfect for keeping your hands warm, and giving you the ability to use your fingers for dexterity. I'm a photographer, and need to be able to use fingertips to make changes to camera settings and controls. With these gloves, you can quickly pull back the cover, operate the camera and then slip the cover back on. These are much warmer than an older pair of Manzella fleece gloves I had in the past, and when the temperature really drops down, placing a hand warmer into the

Great glove. Warm on my review.

Great glove. Warm. Fits right. The magnet holding the mitten part against the back of the hand isn't too strong, thus the 4/5.

Pros
  • Great price nice product
Cons
  • Not suitable for activities requiring delicate finger movements

Comfortable, well-fitting gloves.

These gloves are exactly what I was looking for. I plan to use them for my outdoor photography. They're very comfortable, too, and the Thinsulate will be warm.

Pros
  • Perfect fit
Cons
  • May be too warm for milder winter days

I tried these along with the Kongagrip Convertible Glove/Mitten. I like this a LOT better. The fit is better. Some reviews mention the magnets but those magnets are inside the flap and are meant to hold the heated packages. I haven't tried that yet. The actual finger flab has Velcro along with the thumb. The thumb on this works a lot better then on the Kongagrip one. I like the way the gloves feel on the inside a lot more too. The velcro is a better quality IMO then the Kongagrip. If you are…

Okay but not great: my feedback

Certainly nice to have them as "mittens" to keeps hands and fingers warm. The mitten cover flips open to expose bare fingers obviously for shooting or any other work you need your fingers for.Mixed thoughts here. Overall I prefer regular gloves that have a single trigger finger exposed. But these are definitely warmer. And for the left hand (if you shoot with your right, you can also fit a hand warmer in there which is nice). They'd do fine with wet moisture or light rain, but directly exposed…

Pros
  • Warm convenient and you can put a hot pack in them
Cons
  • Flimsy, not very warm, useless even in light rain.

Five Stars on my review.

probably would have done better with extra large-a bit small. Hand warmers do fit nicely when flipped as mittens May not provide enough insulation for prolonged outdoor use!

Pros
  • FLEECE Shell: Featuring a water-resistant soft fleece shell, the first layer of protection for your hands. These gloves help warm your hands during the cold early morning hunting. This durable fleece shell help protect against rain, wind and cold
Cons
  • May not provide enough insulation for prolonged outdoor use

The pair I received has a poorly sewn velcro button and I'll need to do some sewing to fix it. Also, magnetic compass users beware, while the mitten part is held back by velcro the pocket for hand warmer packets uses a magnetic clasp. Had I known this I would have not purchased this glove - not good for compass work. Otherwise nice - wore them in subzero windchill conditions the other day and was able to pop the top and work my camera and when done covered up to get warm again. There is a flap…

Pros
  • Good for walking the dog in O degrees. Easy to find after kid use...
Cons
  • May not provide enough grip for handling weapons
