Badly damaged from previous use
I bought this for my kitchen so I wanted an older model with buttons. But it arrived badly damaged from years of use. It looks like the corner has melted - the vent holes are warped and there is a large chip on the corner. Sounds like a BOSE but I am returning it due to visible damage.
