Too bad I can't renew it. However, the chair puts pressure on my thighs and eventually cuts off blood flow to my legs. As a result, I felt pain under my thighs. This is probably because I have longer legs and a seat that is too small. Although the back support feels good. The chair was easy to assemble. Another concern I had was that the box was damaged and part of the base was worn so I'm not sure how the return will go. It also took two weeks to ship (not Revains fault, but I looked at another chair instead). Edit (7/16/20): I ended up returning it. However, I wasn't able to disassemble part of the seat as it keys very poorly where you insert the raise/lower mechanism into the wheelbase. I also couldn't detach the same mechanism from the metal frame attached to the seat cushion. Luckily, Revain's helpdesk worked under the circumstances.
