I would give this product one star but the support from Boss is excellent. After two months of use, one of the chair's wheels spontaneously broke. The boss kindly replaced it for free by sending me a whole set of rolls. But now I have more roles than I'll ever need because shortly after that everything else started falling apart. Very easy to assemble. The packaging is a bit worn but all parts are present. The pad seems thick. Although I'm not entirely sure it will work. I'm small, 5ft 2in, and the seat has a contoured design that really doesn't go well with MY seat, so I had to put a flat pillow on the chair to make it comfortable. Updated 12/30/2020: These chairs are terrible. I wish I had never bought them. The back "claps" several times in rapid succession without direct contact, only from the forward movement. The seat padding is designed more for looks and makes your bottom, hips and thighs sore for up to 30 minutes. If you have your eye on that good cheap hunting chair for the blind, don't.
