We love this container! We store bread flour in it. The lid is really airtight and we love the fact that we can see through the container - since we store different types of flour for our bread baking experiments (white, wheat, rye) it's very handy to be able to see. through the bin to see what type of flour is inside without having to open the lid (or put labels on the bins) every time. The leveler is good, although I found I didn't use it that much. The great thing is that the leveler can be removed and stored on the underside of the lid when you don't want to use it, so it doesn't get in your way, but you also don't lose it because it stays in the container. And it's the perfect size for a standard 5 pound bag of flour plus some.
