I received this bag because my old Swissgear bag finally fell apart after years of great service and use. At best, this bag is ok. But for the price of $22 with a replacement I'll have to go until I find a better replacement. Well the description is correct, it fits a 15 inch laptop, the inner padding is not big (it's a very thin material) so I need a padded computer bag that doesn't fit the laptop compartment. However, the padded pocket fits into a larger compartment, so I switched things around to accommodate the sizing issue. Velcro makes straps difficult to use because Velcro makes it difficult for buckles to snap and snap into place. .It also lacks a convenient place for pen holders, which would make it easier to quickly grab a pen or pencil. As you can see from the pictures the main valve goes a lot on the bag. Bad design as I have to put it back in every time. They take up even more space because the cup holders are inside the bag and not outside like other bags. If your drink is cold, the condensation on the paper will get wet. It's just that they didn't think it through very well, or the designers don't use that type of packaging. and that's why I'm giving it two stars. It's like they refined this one. Maybe version 2.0 will be much better.
