Works great and saved us big $$$

It was much easier to purchase and install this $11 "clamp” versus coming up with $800 for a new tailpipe! That's my review.

Pros
  • Great price, worked as expected. Don't forget to never-sieze the bolts ;)
Cons
  • The stainless steel construction may make the clamp band more prone to damage due to impacts or high temperatures

Great Clamp! - my new review

There were many to choose from. Reviews of others were not so great. This clamp fit well, the bolts are of good quality. Now my exhaust is quiet andthere is no movement in the pipe connection!

Pros
  • the polished stainless looks great, decent hardware too, clamps down tight
Cons
  • The product may be too costly compared to other muffler clamps on the market

EZ install. Very reliable

Omg. What a life saver! Tailpipe fell off & the typical flared coupling with U clamps are not reliable & hard to install compared to the band clamp. Slip it on , tighten it down. Easy peasy. Better look & it way more reliable !

Pros
  • my local truck shop only carries the straight joint and I like the lap joint better good sale price
Cons
  • The product may be expensive compared to other alternatives on the market

install easy, looks great, and no leak

I bought seven of this lap-joint to finish a 3.5" SS Catback exhaust system on my 05 Nissan Titan. It did the trick, and so far holding up fine.

Pros
  • The aluminum blank had to be grounded down but all in all good product
Cons
  • The product may interfere with other parts of the exhaust system or other components of the vehicle

worked good best in my review

Just finished my exhaust install. I bought 1 2½ butt joint and 2 2½ lap joint clamps. All fit well none of them leak. Very happy with them.

Pros
  • I am running e-85 and needed to seal the exhaust to keep fumes out of the car. worked good
Cons
  • The product may be too heavy or bulky for some installations, making it difficult to work with

Perfect fit best in my review

Very easy to install and worked perfect for what I need. Well built part, stainless and I highly recommend them. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • This has to be the best exhaust clamp ever, and the price can’t be beat!
Cons
  • The product may not provide as much support for the muffler as other clamps

Perfect fit and seal

Used the The TOTALFLOW TF-J59 304 Stainless Steel Lap Joint to complete my resonator deletes on my Mustang. They were exactly what I needed. The original clamps that were delivered with the delete kit leaked so I ordered these from Revain. The fit was spot on and as I torqued the bolts I noticed the material was just malleable enough to form to the joint to make a great seal. Just wish I had these clamps at the beginning of my exhaust replacement project.

Pros
  • Tight fit for fastening an exhaust tip
Cons
  • The clamp band may not be compatible with certain aftermarket or custom exhaust systems

Easy to install. best in my review

.and seals the joint well. Not as well as a weld, of course, but if you don't have access to a welder, this is the next best thing. Way better than a muffler clamp.

Pros
  • Looks great, easy to install. Have removed and reused twice with no issues.
Cons
  • The product may be difficult to find in stores, limiting availability for some customers

Works well for my opinion

I used this for a muffler to tailpipe connection. I like band clamps better. They evenly clamp down on the pipe. That's my review.

Pros
  • Good quality and easy to install. Just what I expected.
Cons
  • The product may not be as easy to install as other muffler clamps

Don't let a mechanic charge you to weld your rusty pipes. That's not even going to last. for a quick and affordable fix this clamp does the trick.

Pros
  • Great quality and holds tight! Should last a very long time.
Cons
  • The product may not be compatible with all types of exhaust hangers

great product well made

I liked these because they complete the seal on the exhaust joint. they are very well made and if needed I will by again period. I need to order 2 more.

Pros
  • Great price, worked well, created a tight seal.
Cons
  • The product may not be compatible with all types of muffler systems, leading to potential incompatibility issues
