The headphones are defective when delivered
I received the headphones today, happy to use them as I was without headphones for my computer for many days and the delivery took forever. After setting them up on my computer (software and all), all I could hear was static from my left ear, and my right ear never played any sound, even after plugging the headphones into another PC and smartphone would have.
