Review on 🗜️ Enhanced Stability with Ram Mount RAM-B-166U Double Ball Twist-Lock Suction Cup Mount by Jose Miller

Don't waste your time with cheap mounts, BUY IT. I bought it for a JVC action camera after 3 other 'cheaper' types failed to provide a stable mounting platform. I bought this model because I could cut a "diamond" center hole for 1/4-20 threads without a suction cup and installed a Manfroto RC2 quick release on it. Wow, that thing is strong and stable. Out of curiosity, I mounted my Canon 5D Mk2 and Tokina 10-17mm lens on it and attached it to the inside of the car's windshield. I drove over 3 hours to make a time lapse movie. Not the slightest movement of the entire mount. I then mounted an action cam on my bike and headed out to a track day again without worry. It's amazing, I've spent about $50 on other brands. Just buy it.
