I bought this because my new Sun Baja had no pre-installed mounts in the frame. Overall a good solid build. The bolts for the clamp that attaches to the frame are a little long for my frame, but will probably fit larger tubular bikes. The reason for deducting 2 stars is that the bottle/accessory bolt hole processing was a bit off. I had to modify the pump mount to accommodate the 1-2mm difference. Luckily my pump adapter was plastic and one of the holes could easily be lengthened. My advice would be to make sure before you buy it is a bottle or pump mount, make sure it has a bit of play to adjust or is easy to change in case it moves a bit when aligning the mount.
