This item was very cute. I'm not sure how they can ship them safely, the way they are packaged. It had a large piece of foam around its nose, which is probably why it broke off. Walmart was supposed to send a new one, but processed the order for the replacement to an address that was not the address used for that order. I had to cancel the order, but the app was still showing a replacement was ordered for a week after. I did not want to go through that hassle again. If you get one that doesn't arrive broken, it really is a cute little snowman!
