Review on 🛏️ DHP Dakota Upholstered Platform Bed, King, Camel | Stylish and Comfortable Sleep Solution by Nick Worley

I usually don't write negative reviews, even if the product doesn't meet my expectations. But this company and this product are completely useless. Aside from the bed being a week late and the box being damaged, there was a small scratch on the leather of the headboard - top center - with brown edges as if burned. The box was undamaged so that must have happened before packing. Oh, and it seemed to come out of a corner. All of this I was ready to live with as it was quite small and I had already taken my old bed apart. But then the screw hole was missing in assembly step 1. Well, it certainly hasn't gone away. Rather it was covered by a cheap pressboard (a step above cardboard I think) that makes up the headboard. I would have had to rip the headboard apart (even more so than it was already ripped apart) to fix it. So I contacted DHP customer service as the instructions said to contact them and not the retailer if something is missing or damaged. They told me I had to go through Revain for a refund. Not sure how that would work as I no longer have the box - it practically fell apart when I opened it. Even if a replacement is sent I will be sleeping on the floor for the next two weeks until it arrives.
