This product is a lot better than I was hoping for. This puts the Autozone OEM brake flare tool to shame. This allowed me to do my first big bubble burst and I did it on the first try. I also feel like I could just as easily make hundreds of extra flashes with this tool, although I hope I don't have to. Working on the brakes on my cars is one of my least favorite jobs - right where the muffler work is. With this tool and a 25-foot spool of 3/16-inch coated brake hoses, I'm almost looking forward to my next brake job, or at least I'm not afraid of it. What I particularly like is the fact that you screw the flare nozzles into the press in such a way that they don't tip to the side and a good, even flare is almost guaranteed. The bits also seem to be much more durable than other systems I've tried. I think they will be very difficult to break. Bits, in stark contrast to the OEM product I rented. Even for free, this product was overpriced in terms of time and sharpening. Also, I like that the tube crimper clamps securely but the tube brake doesn't re-deform stark contrast to the OEM product I tried. In my hands, at least, the OEM system did a really rough job with my brake line. It's a little odd as the dimensions of this system are metric, not fractional inches, but I checked and 4.75mm is almost exactly 3/16". I assume other sizes are fractional inches as well, although I personally do never had to deal with anything other than a 3/16" brake pipe. .I am very satisfied with this product. The OTC amateur price really blew everyone away with the 4504 Stinger ISO Bubble Flaring Tool Kit.
