Haven't had any issues so far. That's also true considering it's being used by a laptop that probably weighs less than 2 pounds. Also, I don't usually use it by hand since I have an external keyboard that does the work. The mouse pad feels solid, although I haven't used it, I'll soon be able to use it to store other accessories (instead of a mouse holder). The setup is actually simpler, you have to consider the underlying physics as uneven balancing can tip this down. It would be great to have it with an extra extension or two for more stability. The hinges attached to the main metal platform seem strong and durable enough to last a long time. The angle change hinges are plastic on the outside, I'm not sure if they are all plastic. I hope not, and if it did, I wouldn't mind getting one made of metal. I wouldn't mind if it was a little heavier if that means upping the design. Finally. I would recommend holding the screen up to your eyes (instead of crouching on the screen) helps with posture, especially on laptops. Thanks very much!
