These matching outfits are a hit with my family! I bought the small size for myself (I'm 5'9, 135 lbs), the large size for my husband (he's 6'4", 195 lbs) and for our daughter I bought a size 90 what I think was 18-24 months old (she is 9 months old, 18lbs) I bought a baby size much larger than she is now because I liked the "girl" dress design more than the " Baby" onesie design and I knew it would fit him now and have plenty of room to grow. I'm glad I did as I think the child sizes in it are too small. Adult sizes seem as expected to fit.
