Didn't suit me at all
They appear friendly enough. Just throw it in the washing machine. I was disappointed that there wasn't a single hair in it. I've tried increasing the amount of water I use. I only put the furriest clothes in it (pretty sure my dog was rolling around in a pile of black clothes. And yes, she drops love and scatters it like confetti). I was really hoping this would be the answer for us. To be fair I never contacted the seller so I don't know how that will go. They can be super cool. I just didn't waste any time because I keep forgetting to return things even when I start a return. it's just me
