They were very helpful during our transition into new software. Their expertise helped us get through all options for migration/integration. The project management approach was also outstanding - we never felt they weren't doing everything possible to make sure things moved along smoothly and quickly throughout this process (which could be stressful when you have so much at stake!). Nothing really came out negatively but if I had any questions or wanted something done differently their team would come up with an excellent solution every time! Highly recommend both personally as well as for my organization's projects and processes!! If your looking for high level customer service then look no further than them. Helping me navigate some complex technology issues without putting too big of a burden upon myself, which allows them more time spent directly addressing customers' needs vs technical implementation details & best practices within that field. They were able to identify our problems, and they also provided solutions for those problems. They were very organized, and I felt like they really listened to what we wanted. I would highly recommend them! Nothing so far. The only thing I can say is that they were able to find problems with our computer system that others had not been able to find.
