Usually memory foam has too much memory and is too hard. Customizable shredded memory foam helps solve this problem. Its ideal level of adjustability and suppleness. They had to give the vacuum packed foam 24 hours to properly expand, but I couldn't wait. The outer shell is very, and I feel like one side is a little cooler. I recommend this for those looking for a new pillow
