I am a woman who can wear most men's shirts and generally find them to be more durable, practical and comfortable than comparable ones Shirts for men, women. This turtleneck sweater is no exception. The color "navy blue" is exactly as described and the neck is highly adjustable without restricting. The cut is a bit "slim" - not unkempt or angular - but not ridiculously skinny either. The men's average was well below my waist (I'm 5'6"), but the fabric is light enough that I can wear it tucked in or as a tunic, making it very versatile for my purposes. It's not see-through at all ,at least in this navy blue, but silky enough to wear under other tops without adding bulk.I've machine washed it (cold, gentle) and tumble dried on low with no problems.If you tumble dry it, get wrinkles, but taking it out and hanging it up right away will prevent them.
