I tested a call with a friend using an Agbtek binaural headset, Panasonic DECT 6.0 and AT&T DECT 6.0. I simply asked the person to rate the sound quality, not knowing what devices I was using as I switched between them. Agbtek (mic) sounded the best in this group. The sound quality is also the best for me. The quality and intelligibility of binaural is significantly better than the mono-ear versions. I haven't tested noise cancellation or volume control, I use them to the max. They fit my Panasonic phone perfectly. If you need an extension cord or adapter, choose a tri-band cable. The four bands are for stereo, not binaural audio. The soft leatherette ear pads look nice and comfortable, but this style falls apart in less than a year. Foam pads last longer but are otherwise inferior. Good luck finding a replacement. Fit and finish are good. The price is very low and the sound quality is excellent. This is the best sounding headset I've tried.
