After reading the reviews, I decided to buy this model. So glad I did. My most important feature was the backup battery. We've had watches in the past that didn't do well in this area, but these watches came through with flying colors. Unplug, plug in again, set up anyway. Other features include the ability to set it to wake up at the same time every day of the week. So you wake up at the same time every day? Once it's set up, you can forget about it. Have you ever forgotten to press the alarm clock button the night before? That won't happen with this watch. The radio works well on FM. We're getting much better reception than in the last few hours. The instructions are pretty easy to read and it only took me about 15 minutes to set the date, time and alarm. I wasn't interested in showing the time on the ceiling, but having it, I don't think I'd ever want to live without it. All in all, it's as close to a perfect alarm clock as you can get. Price. I highly recommend it and can honestly say it's the best alarm clock I've ever had. They even automatically adjusted for the recent time change and prevented us from being late for church.
