I'm 5 inches tall and 6 to 145 lbs, I usually wear medium in tops and 6/8 in pants. I got the size too big and it fits great! Wasn't too baggy and hugged in all the right places. .Maybe I could have bought an M - but didn't want it to be too tight as it's a bodysuit.It was very comfortable to wear - the material is soft, a bit stretchy.Bought it again in black!Recommend!
