Broke right after buying it and trying to set it up. The carriage with the print heads lost its bearings and beat against the walls with furious force. I took it to the store, waiting for a replacement or a refund. Just some kind of nightmare. I bought it for money and brought it back the next day, and the goods must be sent for examination, and this is a minimum of 20 days. Very disappointed with the manufacturer. Now no money, no MFP. There is a sense of deception. HP support is open only on weekdays, the purchase was made on a Friday evening when support was no longer available. On the new copy, everything is in order with printing and all the declared functionality. The text is excellent, the photos for a four-color printer are excellent, but do not compare with the previous six-color MFP from another manufacturer. Overall, given the cost of printing on this MFP, this is a great product. Six months later, a new copy was sent for repair due to a lack of paper. Again, I wait until 45 days. I already dream of returning the money and buying another MFP.
