I am angry that I received the previously returned iron. This does not heat up at all and there was water in the tank when the box was opened. I wonder how many times this item has been shipped and returned? Aside from the fact that this one doesn't work at all, I've decided that I really don't like the fog trigger where it's located. If I could use it, I'd be sweating and steaming my clothes all the time. I just want to be able to use the steam boost function without the fog trigger getting in

I bought this iron for my elderly mother as it seemed a good basic iron, easy to use and light weight. It was bought in May 2017 and broke in September 2017 after 4 months. I contacted customer service and it took me a long time to contact them. Sunbeam customer service was extremely difficult to deal with and refused to repair or replace this unit under warranty. I urge everyone to avoid this particular model due to its short lifespan and Sunbeam in general due to poor customer service.

Works very well - does what it is supposed to. However, the on/off switch is embedded in the dial, which is very difficult to turn. The dial sits low under the grip and requires some force to turn. I'm a man, but I have to use two hands to turn the dial. I'd rather have a separate power button so I can turn it off and leave the watch face in the same setting I always use.
