Supplement to the test report. The customer service from this company is GREAT!. As I mentioned in the review, mine may have been defective. That being said, even after my return was processed and my money refunded, the company contacted me and offered to fix everything. I would definitely recommend this company for their customer service. I don't know if they make this product so I won't blame them for a defective product and will probably buy other products from them if the opportunity arises. Maybe mine are broken? After reading the reviews I decided to buy this one. They stayed charged for about 5 hours (not bad), most of which were regular phone calls (less than 5 minutes), the battery always indicated it needed a charge. Sound quality was okay, people could hear me when I spoke to them. They were delivered on Monday and since today, Thursday, the volume in the right ear is very low. I tried moving them around in my ear but the volume was still very low and the speaker sounds fuzzy, they were only used for phone calls. at normal volume. No music or video games. Not very happy with these headphones. I need something reliable, I use them for work. I work in the service industry so I need free hands. I will return these and try something else.
