I'm a fitness trainer and I use a microphone in my headphones to give classes. I'm on my second set of these headsets and they all cut off after 2 or 3 uses. Sometimes I teach 4 hour blocks and at the 2.5 hour mark the audio starts to fade and/or the mic stops playing entirely. I ended up requesting a replacement, during which I ran a test between both headsets to see if I could isolate the problem from an anomalous defect in the first set I ordered, only to find that my new set came a few hours later did the same. I would then plug in the original headset I ordered and it would work perfectly. When it works, the sound is clear and crisp and the headset fits comfortably, but none of that matters when the headset falls out completely in the middle. Class.
