Review on Censornet Email Security by Jeff Jackson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Formalised email management needs, plus improved support

I like that it's easy to set up rules for whitelisting emails in my work account so they get straight through when trying them out or checking their spam folder after sending one (usually).

You can't control what happens if you try an address not allowed by rule though; i've had messages bounce/get lost because of this which is very annoying as well! If there are multiple users using different accounts with separate settings then sometimes people will have problems accessing other peoples' inboxes - we use SharePoint O365 but still need at least 1 admin user per organisation who has access everywhere else too just incase something goes wrong somewhere between us all being able to see each others stuff. We're solving our own mail security issues rather than relying solely upon cloud services and want more granular controls over how things go across everything without having lots of admins around doing nothing much apart fron general system administration tasks!

Pros
  • This saves time from manually monitoring every single inbox individually instead allowing automated processing via filters applied directly against Exchange servers
Cons
  • Not bad
