Use your original plastic from your original switch and it works perfectly!

I recently reworked a factory derailleur so I transferred all the factory plastic to this derailleur (I didn't use the plastic bushings that came with this kit), lengthened the socket head screw a bit into a circular extension and it works great. The layers are shorter and feel like a bolt action rifle. Love it!
