DO NOT BUY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR FILES

I have a significant amount of footage stored on this SSD. I hooked it up to my camera to get footage and it said it would reformat itself. Then I go into the files and delete EVERYTHING. Literally everything. I didn't give it permission to reformat and I had no way to control anything when I connected it to my phone. If you care about something you store on an external hard drive, DO NOT buy it. I am very disgusted with the poor design of this device. Invest a little more in something more reliable.
