I ordered two different dog pegs at the same time. This one turned out to be less "quirky" and less "industrial" than the other. But we like it just as much in many ways. ATTENTION: The supplied cable is a bit thick - maybe 6mm or 7mm. It may be too thick/heavy for some small breeds. Instead we ordered a 5mm cable which is perfect for our little Pomeranian mix. Your needs may vary here. It's pretty easy to detach too, and with the bright yellow handle I don't see the lawnmower going over it. This dog peg is also ideal for campers. We use ours when we visit my parents and bring our dogs. This helps them a lot not to worry about letting one of the dogs go. Given the reasonable price I would recommend it without hesitation. It's well made and works - the only downside is the cord may need to be replaced if you have a small breed. But it's easy to do, and you can even use a leash you already have in case you need it in an emergency. Where I think this tool excels is camping. You can have peace of mind knowing your dogs won't stray, but also knowing they have enough room (our cord is 10 meters, or about 33 feet) for them to get shade during the day or whatever else they need . The swivel seems to work smoothly and doesn't get tangled or get the dogs stuck in one spot. I encountered a small issue when trying to get dogs of significantly different sizes to work together on the same rack. Ultimately, I would recommend this Denniriort dog stand and 30ft cord for small, medium to large dogs, camping or gardening. . This is a high quality device and easy to use.
