I love this belt. I was looking for an iFitness belt that my family once had and couldn't find it. I think this is a new brand of iFitness belts. This is a great belt that you can wear very discreetly (not carrying a bulky stupid fanny pack). It's PERFECT for walking because it doesn't bounce around. It's more comfortable than wearing a bandage on your arm. It conveniently holds your phone with an earbud cord attached, maybe some lip balm, your house or car keys, and a few cards like your ID or credit card so you can walk safely in an emergency. The belt is made of the same material as a sports t-shirt or running pants, which also makes it very comfortable and can be integrated into sportswear. a fanny pack in a situation where you don't have pockets or want to take a handbag with you (maybe to Disneyland or somewhere else) because it can fit discreetly under your shirt around your waist since it's so tight and thin.
