Constantly disconnecting
I bought this to make daily backups on my computer. I don't know if it's a problem with my computer or the drive. I just bought my computer in November so I'm hoping there isn't a problem with the USB ports on my computer (I tried different ports to see if it would make a difference and it doesn't). I put my computer in sleep mode overnight. When I wake it up from sleep the next day, no external hard drive is connected. I have to unplug it and plug it back into the USB port and then it works. Doing this every day is annoying. Is this a hard drive problem?
