1st. I got what I paid for so my reference is a Bose 35 set. 1) ANC is really bad, you won't notice the difference between ANC off and ANC on. 2) The strap is too short and the neck strap tends to fall off my neck when I wear the strap over a shirt. I think it should be at least 2 inches longer. Any slight bump on the neckband cables is transmitted to my ears with great accuracy, which isn't great when I'm exercising or jogging.
