First it was packaged so well it could bounce around without damaging it. Now for radio it's a jewel. It will be the best money you have ever spent. It's small but has good sound. The device is very attractive and is rubberized around the body. It has an attenuation, seeks and blocks all FM stations at the touch of a button. I inserted a 16g TF card and it started playing immediately with no issues. It has two bulbs, one transparent and the other blue, like in a night lamp. The power must be on for flashlights to work, some do not require power but this one does. You have to remove the foil and the plastic battery protection plate above the display, open the back and remove it. I highly recommend this device, you will love it. I will definitely try to answer all questions. Update 6-28-17 I've had this for 8 months now and it works the same as the day I bought it. A full battery gives me around 10 hours of playback from both the SD card and the radio. I accidentally dropped it and it still works great. I would describe this walkie-talkie as robust because of the rubberized housing that protects in the event of a fall. Best little radio for the price. With a replaceable battery, it should last for years, I'm one of the satisfied customers.
