This camera has some really cool features. But we can't force them to press charges. We bought it for our son for Christmas. He loves to. But a day later the battery stopped charging. We've tried a few cords, a few wall warts, a few outlets, everything. A minimum fee will apply. So we processed the return the next day via Revain, assuming it was just a battery issue with this one. We got a new one and it worked fine for 3 weeks. Then a few days ago the same thing happened. It turns on when plugged in but doesn't actually charge, and when you unplug it (which of course you need to do to take photos), it turns off immediately. We charged it for 24 hours (lights on and everything) and turned it on only to find it indicated the battery was low. Very disappointed. UPDATE: The seller has replied, apologized and refunded us the money. Given the great reviews for this product, I'm convinced we were just unlucky.
