I love this shirt. The 3D weave makes the fabric specific for a shirt. The pattern is woven into the material, and different fabrics have different elastic properties. In addition, the body is woven in one piece, so there are NO side seams, which makes it very comfortable. The fabric is not as smooth and silky as I had hoped, it scratches a bit. Must contain little spandex (spandex). I usually love nylon and spandex blends, but this shirt only has 4% spandex, very little. I wish it had a little more spandex because while it stretches, it's not as stretchy and springy as the 10% spandex shirts I have. (10cm section stretches 160%, 10% spandex fabric stretches 200% in my experience, this shirt doesn't instantly restore the stretched section like 10% spandex, it recovers, it just takes a little while) great , the information is printed on the back of the neck and no label on the side seam, which has always annoyed me. The cuffs are very long and have good thumb holes to cover part of the arm for warmth. They also work well without holes, although the fabric doesn't stretch enough to slide the sleeve down my forearm. Flat seams connect the arms to the upper body. I don't think these are real flat curls, they seem too thick and have a lip on the inside. I think they are overstitched and then sewn. They're ok, just not as "special" as true flat seams. Sizing wise: I'm size XL and it fits well, for reference I'm 40/36/39, 6ft tall and 184lbs. In general, a good shirt with more spandex and flat seams on the arms to the body can be more conspicuous. The 3D knitting process results in an exquisite fabric, I find it a waste of time to trim the elastic portion and I would pay a few dollars more for a better stretch.
