I am 5’2, 170lbs and 36DDD and I went for the XL - I’m glad I did as I’m short and the suit just fits me length wise, it fits perfectly elsewhere and good support for my chest - I struggle to find a bathing suit in this style that holds the girls in place without spillage LOL. I’d highly recommend.
