I don't usually write long reviews but thought it might help someone else as I looked for this information before buying it but that's about it anyway. If I could give those 10 stars I would. I don't have shellac/gel but I do a dip manicure and need a better way to remove it without damaging my nails. I use pure acetone for this and run each hand a few times. The vapor is warm (not hot) and it's so easy to use and you don't have to fiddle with all those smelly foils. Scrape off loose polish between passes. After that, I wash my hands and apply cuticle oil to my nails. This is MUCH better than going to a salon and having them take the dremel off. Anyone who does a manicure, this is a must! Photos show my progress after each run. The dimple on my thumb was a really thick layer that took a lot longer to come off but at least my nail plates last longer when I pull them off this way!
