One of the rubber window handles was missing from the window regulator and one of the old ones from the replacement unit had to be used. We put a tick in case you accidentally shake it off and nothing. The device came in sealed packaging, so obviously it wasn't there before it was placed in the box. The motor raises the window and then suddenly lowers it as if possessed. I don't want to go through all the uninstall issues again and after playing around with it a bit it ends up breaking so I'll have to do that for now.
