As a hand cream, this is the most amazing product in the world. I deliver mail. I'm always looking for hand creams that help my dry hands. For that, it's absolutely amazing. My hands look younger and my skin looks younger. The smell isn't bad, but it's not great either. It is no problem for me. A bit pricey but worth it. Takes only a small smear. As a face cream, I will no longer apply it to my face. I read online that this Guerrison 9 complex will cure my skin problems, will help reduce cystic acne and scars, will make my skin look young again. Well, let me tell you. no I have oily combination skin. It aggravated the cystic eruptions. I've had some of the biggest and most painful. It didn't surprise me, but it was worth a try. I had several large cyst forms in just one application. Anyway, I religiously tried it on my face for a week. If you have dry skin I bet this would be amazing for smoothness, wrinkles, moisture etc. I would like to add that I have applied this to a few new scars and scrapes and it has made a difference in healing time and appearance quite quickly. I'm 39, Caucasian, oily T-zone, suffer from cystic acne. As a hand cream in my job, however, I find it worthwhile.
