It has some excellent issues such as installation and reliability with excellent workmanship. Cooling, however, is a different issue: the front panel blocks cooling for the top two drives, it has a single exhaust fan, and some idiot put a screen on the front grille. This design assumes that if the screen gets clogged, there will be no exhaust and your expensive Tera rims will burn out. I removed the screen and attached two front ejection fans without the front cover; Now it works perfectly. There's not much to think about here, as I've analyzed, and if you're using large and expensive drives, you'll want to make sure the system is bulletproof. It is now with these cooling changes. This was a replacement for my Mediasonic USB 3.0 Pro Box Mod HF2-SU3S2 Rev which was an expensive DOORSTOP which was unusable due to constant shutdowns with no solutions. It works great with large drives. It is very fast at 150 megabits per second in broadcast mode. Use it as backup and playback for Synology Station. Great so far. Eric
